Investment strategy
Fin Inc. invests its own capital in both listed and private companies that have the potential to shape the future.
Through the dual lenses of advanced trading techniques and hands-on management insight, we identify outstanding opportunities and execute investments with precision—elevating both discovery and timing to a higher dimension.
The Founder, CEO & Chief Investment Officer of Fin Inc. brings together two rare strengths:
first, deep expertise and a proven track record in short-term and algorithmic trading, and second, practical management experience as both a fintech entrepreneur and a manufacturing executive.
This combination enables Fin Inc. to invest from a uniquely holistic perspective—bridging capital markets with real-world business creation.
Listed Equities (Primary Investment Targets)
Our main focus is on large-cap companies listed on the NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, and Tokyo Stock Exchange—firms with solid fundamentals and sustainable growth potential.
Depending on market conditions, we may also acquire significant voting stakes in small or mid-sized enterprises when strategic opportunities arise.
Private Companies
When we perceive strong long-term growth potential or strategic significance, Fin Inc. may invest as a minority shareholder in unlisted firms.
Past investments have included contributions from related group companies.
Typical ticket sizes range from USD 1 million to 5 million per project, though we remain flexible.
Bonds, Aviation Assets, and Real Estate
In certain market environments, we may shift capital toward fixed-income instruments to preserve value.
High interest rates can act as a brake on equities; therefore, we dynamically reallocate to the most attractive asset classes—including aircraft assets and real estate—as conditions warrant.
Cash Position
At times, doing nothing is also an investment strategy.
We act decisively when genuine opportunities arise, and we stay disciplined when risks dominate the landscape.
Particularly in periods where black-swan events appear imminent, capital preservation and risk avoidance remain at the forefront of our approach.
